VERY IMPORTANT: We only sell to Spain (Canary Islands excluded), EU countries, USA, Mexico, Colombia and Argentina. For orders from other countries, please, don’t hesitate to contact us via e-mail.
Spain (Peninsula) and Balearic Islands: +5 €
European Union: +10 €
Rest of the world: +13’75 € (for more info look Terms of Purchase)

Terms of Purchase:
The VAT applied to the sale of products is 21% as legally established in Spain. Prices of goods and services may be subject to change without notice.
European companies with a European VAT number (aka Intra-community VAT number) will be exempt from paying VAT when their billing and shipping address is outside of Spain.
European Union countries: You don’t have to pay douane or importation taxes or charges with and order sent to Spain (Peninsula) or any country belonging to the European Union.
For Countries outside the European Union: Douane or importation taxes or charges have to be paid on delivery destination. Maybe you will be charged with transport taxes when your order enters the douane. This charges will be on the customer.
Unfortunately, History T-Shirts has no control over these charges or taxes, and we can not say in advance about these economic costs, beacause they do vary from one country to another.
We strongly suggest to contact your local douane office to know the actual costs of the procedure. This way you won’t be surprised by unexpected charges or costs.
All our shipments are done by certified ordinary mail with reception advise.

In the rest of the World it depends of the mail in each country**
* The delivery time depends on many aspects. The first being the availability of stock, the amount, time of year, delivery address etc… Just in case the product is out of stock, the delivery will take 15 days on average (including production and shipment).

If there’s an error caused by the delivery company, such as a loss of all or part of the merchandise, we will repeat the order after a waiting period and the delivery company will be billed via our insurance.
If there is any problem we will try to help you, but we can not be responsable for any loss in shipments for countries outside the European Union, beacause it depends of the local mail.
Exchanges and Returns
If you wish to return or exchange an item bought at historyt-shirts.com, you can do so within thirty days (30) from the date of delivery.
All returned items must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached. Items that do not meet this criteria will be rejected.
There are different procedures to return or exchange an item. These are the conditions:
It is considered an exchange the substitution of an item for another item. In this case the client will bear the shipping costs.

There are two kinds of returns:
- Returns due to a defect on the item. In this case historyt-shirts.com will bear the shipping costs.
- Returns due to the client’s personal decision. We will change the product or give to the client his/her money back once checked that the item is in perfect conditions. In this case the client will bear the shipping costs.
